Private Client Account Handler - Leicester

Is this your BIG opportunity within Private Client Insurance?

Reporting directly to our Private Client Manager you will be responsible for covering all aspects of insurance arrangements including quotations, renewals and mid-term adjustments. 

You will be part of an integrated team working alongside our Account Executives, Broking and Claims teams. We believe that a holistic approach to client service is vital and therefore you will need to be fully engaged with the clients you handle.

Strong technical insurance abilities will be essential, as will a customer centric attitude and the ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner.

You will be expected to:

• Provide ‘customer obsessed service’ at all times.
• Use your technical knowledge to develop appropriate insurance solutions to private clients.
• Work collaboratively with senior colleagues.

• Build strong relationships with insurers and clients.
